Filling of PET, DDPE AND CANS containers
Filling PET, HDPE, CANS containers with a wide range of products (liquids), from food products such as milk, yoghurt, fruit juices, olive oil, mayonnaise, ketchup etc. cleaning products such as floor cleaners, window cleaners, laundry detergents, fabric softeners, etc. to personal care products such as shampoo, conditioner, creams, gels, up to industrial products such as mineral oil for engines, bleach (filler in antacid version).
The various types of products can be both low viscosity and high viscosity.

A standard deviation of 1g refers to 1kg, thus ensuring excellent accuracy and therefore saving money, especially when expensive products are filled.
Flexibility in handling the filling of containers with different capacities and products, where the operator can create or recall existing recipes from the touch screen.
EKOWEIGHT net weight fillers use HBM load cells connected to a B&R touch screen panel (HMI).
They are supplied for the transport of “neck handling” or “base handling” bottles in different configurations: filler only, filler-capper / s, rinser-filler-capper / s. The motion transmission between the various machines (eg rinsing-filling-capping / s) can be mechanical or by means of an electric axis between the motors.
